In 1991, the Materials Department which was affiliated to Shaanxi Rongdi Corporation under National Defense Science and Technology Industry Office of Shaanxi Province was established and began to supply goods to Guangxi Pingguo Aluminum Co., Ltd.

1993

1993 Shaanxi Material Industry Rongdi Pipe Corporation was established.

1994

1994 The Company began to participate in the construction of Xi’an urban natural gas pipeline network.

1995

In 1995, the Company participated in the construction of Ningxia Dam Power Plant.

1996

In 1996, the Company participated in the construction of Tongchuan urban natural gas pipeline network.

1996 Shaanxi Material Industry Rongdi Pipe Corporation changed its name to Xi’an Rongdi Pipe Co., Ltd.

1997

In 1997, the Company participated in the construction of Yinchuan urban natural gas pipeline network.

In 1998, the Company participated in the construction of Sichuan Guang’an Power Plant and Yangquan urban heating pipe network.

In 1999, the Company participated in the pipe network construction of Huaibei No. 2 Power Plant.

In 2000, the Company participated in the Project of Guang’an Garden Water Plant in Sichuan, the former residence of Deng Xiaoping.

In 2000, the Company won the bid for the 40th anniversary project of Shizuishan, Ningxia - cogeneration project in Dawukou District, Shizuishan.

In 2001, the Company participated in the Two-Bridge and One-Tunnel Project of Lhasa Gongga Airport, and this project firstly applied spiral and straight seam submerged arc steel pipes in Tibet, China.

In 2003, the Company participated in the construction of Yinchuan-Shizuishan natural gas long-distance pipeline.

2005 the Company registered “Rongdi Pipe” trademark.

In 2006, the Company was awarded the exclusive regional agent by BSG.

In 2006, the Company continued to cooperate with Xi’an Qinhua Natural Gas Co., Ltd. after joint venture restructuring.

In 2007, Xi’an Rongdi Group was established.

In 2008, the Company donated money to build Rongdi Hope Primary School in Meizi Town, Ningshan County, Ankang, Shaanxi Province.

In 2009, the Company exported its steel pipes to Indonesia for the first time.

In 2010, the Party Branch of Rongdi Group was honored as an advanced Party branch.

In 2011, the trade union was honored a model trade union in Xi’an by Xi’an Federation of Trade Unions.

In 2012, the Company won the bid for the purchase of the last batch of steel pipes for Xi’an urban natural gas pipeline network, and completed the laying of the urban gas pipeline network.

In 2013, Xi’an Rongdi Group (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. was established and Macao Rongdi Development Co., Ltd. was established.

In 2013, Rongdi Hope Primary School was unveiled in Ningshan County.

In 2014, the Company was honored as “Enterprise with Harmonious Labor Relations in Xi’an” and “Xi’an Worker Pioneer”.

In 2015, the Company signed a comprehensive strategic cooperation agreement with BSG.

In 2016, Xi’an Rongdi Group celebrated the 25th anniversary of its founding.

In 2017, the Company, in partnership with Shanghai Baosteel, won the bid for Xi’an Second Gas Source Project of Xi’an Qinhua Natural Gas Co., Ltd., and was awarded 15,000 tons of UOE steel pipes with an amount of RMB 105 million.

In 2017, Macao International Airport Oil Pipeline Project was fully launched.

In 2018, the Company participated in Guangping-Ningqiang Natural Gas Pipeline Project.

In 2018, the Company was rated as “Class A Taxpayer”.

In 2019, the Company participated in the project of “Relining of Binzhou Section of Qingyang-Xianyang Oil Pipeline” constructed by SCEGC No. 3 Construction Engineering Group Company Ltd.

In 2020, the Company participating in the drinking water project in the southwest suburb of Xi’an which was a major livelihood project to solve the contradiction of urban water supply and also a key water source project to ensure the water supply security during the 14th National Games.

In 2021, the Company participated in Ningqiang-Hanzhong Natural Gas Long-Distance Pipeline Project, aiming to thoroughly solve the problem of “short supply of gas” in Hanzhong City.

In 2022, the Company participated in the Liquan Valve Room-Xianyang Natural Gas Long-distance Pipeline Project of West-East Gas Pipeline to ensure gas security of Xianyang City
